Glow Recipe finally arrives at Sephora France

Founded in 2017 by Sarah Lee and Christine Chang, Glow Recipe is an American-born K-Beauty brand that aims to be animal-friendly, natural, playful with clean, fruity formulas for a glowy tient. The brand makes its debut at Sephora France and on sephora.fr from September 22, 2023!

Fruit-based recipes

Glow recipe develops gentle, high-performance formulations with clinically proven results. Its products incorporate high-quality ingredients, such as antioxidant-rich fruit extracts and clinically-proven active ingredients.

The brand makes a point of providing access to complete ingredient lists for total transparency of its compositions. Its products are also clean, Vegan and certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny. Glow recipe has thus become a benchmark brand for effective skincare innovations.

Watermelon Glow Niacinamide dew drops serum is one of the brand's flagship products and best seller since 2020.This niacinamide brightening serum delivers an instant, long-lasting rosy glow, while reducing hyperpigmentation. Its light emulsion is suitable for all skin types, even oily or acne-prone skin, which also earned it the title of Best Serum by GQ and Allure.

The many recipes combine active ingredients such as vitamin C, hyaluronic acid and niacinamide, with strawberry, plum, guava, pomegranate and avocado to promote radiant, luminous skin.

From the United States to France

The initial vision for Glow Recipe was to create an online platform for Korean brands to establish themselves in the United States, thus bridging the distance between these companies and American consumers. Thanks to the dual culture and hindsight of co-founders Christine Chang and Sarah Lee, they immediately understood the potential of Korean beauty in recent years.

In 2017, three years later, they introduced their own product line under the name Glow Recipe Skincare, fusing the benefits of superfruits with proven active ingredients for long-lasting radiance and proven efficacy. Today, Glow Recipe has become a fixture in the skincare industry, with estimated sales of $100 million (2021).

Although the brand distributes its products in many countries, including France, it made its first appearance on French Sephora shelves last Friday, September 22. Given that Sephora brings together the world's largest community of beauty enthusiasts, this is the wisest choice and the most favorable opportunity for the brand to consolidate its market expansion.
